    Bring in your list

Import the spreadsheet you keep today, with a dry run first and holders included, so the register starts with who has what.

Issue, return and transfer with explicit actions. Holders confirm through their own link, without an account.

  3. A report run with its PDF and CSV ready, sample data.

    Prove it on demand

Run a report, or an audit pack for a period of up to a year, as a PDF and a CSV whenever someone asks.

What the Register does for your team.

Eight parts of one product, all working from the same register and the same custody chain.

Who has it. Who had it. Proven.

Every issue, return and transfer joins the Asset's custody chain. A correction adds a new entry; it never rewrites the old one.

  • Append-only history. Entries are added to the chain and never edited.
  • Confirmed handovers. The holder confirms what they received; anything unconfirmed is flagged.
  • Audit pack in one click. A PDF and CSV files for any date range up to a year.

Questions about the Register

What is Vaultable Register?

An IT asset register for IT and operations teams. It keeps one register of the laptops, phones, monitors and licences your organization owns, with an append-only custody chain for each Asset, requests and approvals, onboarding Kits and audit-ready reports.

Who is it for?

Small IT and operations teams who look after the estate for an organization, and who need to show who holds what, today or on any past date.

How do we get started?

Book a demo. A person replies by email and shows you the Register on sample data. There is no free trial and no self-serve sign-up.

Can we import what we have today?

Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file, map the columns and run a dry run that lists every problem row. A holder column issues those Assets when you commit.

Is it the same as the Vaultable app?

No. The app is for people and households. The Register is a separate product for organizations, with its own accounts.
