A paper receipt fades in a drawer, an email receipt sinks in your inbox, and the return window closes while you are still deciding. Vaultable keeps the receipt with the item it belongs to and keeps count of the days, so you can decide calmly and still send it back in time.

The window counts itself
Bought something in the last 30 days? The app sets a 30-day window. Change it to 14 days, or pick the shop's own date.
A nudge before it closes
A reminder arrives two days before the deadline. Mark the item returned and the reminder stops.
How it works
From checkout to returned, in three steps.
Add the purchase
Take a photo of the item or its receipt. A photo taken in the app is marked Verified; one picked from your gallery is kept as Unverified.
Watch the countdown
The days left show on the item and in the Protection tab, next to every other open return.
Return it, or keep it
Sent it back? Mark it returned. Keeping it? Dismiss the window, and the receipt stays with the item for warranty and insurance.
The receipt stays with the thing it proves.
Every item keeps its own receipts and photos. A receipt on its own is already a complete record of the purchase; add a photo whenever you like.

Questions about receipts and returns
Can I add a receipt from my email?
Yes, if it's a PDF or an image, like a screenshot. Tap Share and choose Vaultable. It is kept like a receipt you photographed.
How long is the return window?
It starts at 30 days when the purchase date is within the last 30 days. You can change it to 14 days, pick a custom date up to a year after the purchase, or dismiss the window if the item can't go back.
When does the reminder arrive?
Two days before the return deadline. If you mark the item returned or dismiss the window, the reminder is removed.
Do I also need a photo of the item?
No. A receipt on its own is a complete record of the purchase. A photo taken with the app's camera adds a Verified mark, which shows it was taken with the app's camera.
Is this part of a paid plan?
No. Receipts, return windows and their reminders are free, and reminders work on every plan.
