Shoots borrow kit, and kit wanders.

  • Loans for every shoot

Cameras and lights go out for a day and come back a week later, or not at all.

  • Freelancers come and go

People who hold kit are not always on the payroll or the network.

  • Licences pile up

Seats for creative software are bought per project and never freed.

Kit that comes back on time.

Questions about kit at an agency or studio

Can we lend cameras and lights for a shoot?

Yes. Issue them as a loan with a due-back date. The day after it passes, the holder is emailed, with the issuer and admins copied.

Do software licences fit in the same register?

Yes. A licence is an Asset with seats, assigned to People one at a time and reused when freed.

Can freelancers ask for kit without an account?

Yes. Add them as People and they can use their own Request Link to ask for kit and confirm a handover.

Can we see what is in the studio store?

Yes. An Asset nobody holds sits in a Space such as the studio store, and the register filters by Space.
