Insurance and warranty providers reject claims when you can't prove what you owned. Vaultable makes that proof effortless — from day one.
Get denied
Rejected for insufficient proof of ownership or value when it matters most.
Get lost
The average household can't find a receipt within twelve months of buying anything.
Expire silently
Owners only learn the warranty ended after the product failed and they tried to claim.
Built for real-world claims. Every feature exists because somebody, somewhere, lost something they couldn't replace.
Photos taken live in-app, EXIF-stamped. Insurance companies trust what they can verify — no AI fakes, no internet pulls.
See exactly how much of your home is documented vs. your policy limit. Room-by-room breakdown reveals the gaps before disaster does.
One tap generates a professional PDF with photos, receipts, serials and warranty docs — ready to email an adjuster today.
Never miss an expiry. Push notifications fire 30 days before any warranty dies — you'll have time to claim, repair, or extend.
Organise items by home, then room. Perfect for insurance documentation, perfect for moving day, perfect for peace of mind.
Up to 5 members on one shared workspace. Spouses, partners, parents and roommates all contributing to the same secure vault.
Vaultable compares your documented possessions against your insurance policy limit and shows you exactly where the gaps are — broken down room by room. No more guessing whether you're under-insured.
No spreadsheets. No filing cabinets. Just your phone, your camera, and 30 seconds of attention.
Open Vaultable, point your camera at the item, tap. The photo is captured live with verification metadata baked in.
Drop in receipts, warranty cards, serial number photos and PDF manuals. Image or document, gallery or scan.
Get reminders, watch your Coverage Score climb, and export a Claim Kit the moment you ever need one.
Vaultable adapts to how you live. Casual warranty tracking, structured insurance documentation, or both.
You're acquiring expensive things fast. Document them as you unbox, before life gets in the way.
Laptop, bike, camera, jewellery — your stuff is worth more than the apartment. Protect it like it.
Family tech, kids' devices, appliances that always seem to break — keep every warranty in one place.
Phones, laptops, headphones, consoles. Track every warranty so manufacturers can't hide behind expiry dates.
Real stories from homeowners and renters who turned a documented vault into a successful claim.
“A pipe burst in our kitchen on a Tuesday. By Friday I had a $4,200 cheque from State Farm. The Claim Kit PDF Vaultable generated had every photo, every receipt, every serial — the adjuster told me it was the cleanest claim he'd seen.”

Yes. Your photos and documents are stored privately on Cloudflare R2 with presigned URLs — only you and your workspace members can access them. We never sell or analyse your data.
Yes. Every product photo is captured live through the in-app camera with EXIF metadata embedded — date, time and device — which proves the item physically existed at that point in time. Adjusters treat this as far stronger evidence than gallery uploads.
You can capture and save items offline; they sync to your secure vault as soon as you reconnect. You'll just miss live features like cross-device sync and Coverage Score updates until you're back online.
Yes. Pro plans support 2 members and Team plans support up to 5. Everyone contributes to the same workspace, so there's no duplication and no "who has the receipt?" arguments.
Your data stays. You drop back to Free plan limits but nothing is deleted — and on Pro/Team you can export everything as CSV plus original attachments before downgrading.
Both. The same vault syncs across both platforms automatically — start documenting on iOS, finish on Android, no migration needed.
Yes. Supporting attachments (receipts, warranty cards, manuals) can be added from your camera roll or as PDFs. Only the primary product photo must be camera-captured for verification purposes.
Drive is a file dump. Vaultable is structured: every item has a value, location, warranty status and Coverage Score impact. When something breaks, you don't search folders — you tap one button and get a Claim Kit PDF.
Free forever. No credit card. Works on iOS and Android — your vault syncs across both.
