Starters and leavers are where records slip.
On a busy first day, things get handed over without being written down, and on a last day nobody is sure what to collect. Kits make both days a single action with a full record, so the register stays right as people come and go.

Applying a Kit proposes Assets that are available in your store, and shows what is missing.

Pick the Person and confirm the proposal. Each unit is issued, with its own outcome if something is short.
Recover it
When they leave, offboarding returns or transfers everything they hold and gives you a checklist.
Nothing leaves with a leaver.
The offboarding checklist lists everything a Person holds, and a Person still holding Assets or seats cannot be archived.

Questions about Kits
What is a Kit?
A template of slots for a role, such as a laptop, a monitor, a headset and a licence seat. Applying it issues each slot's Assets to a Person in a single action.
What if something in the Kit is out of stock?
The proposal only offers Assets that are in your store. Each unit has its own outcome, so you see what was issued, what failed and what nobody picked.
How does offboarding work?
In one step the Register returns or transfers everything the Person holds, and can archive them. A Person who still holds Assets or seats cannot be archived.
Who can create Kit templates?
Admins create and change templates. Operators apply them in their daily work.
