Why it matters
A warranty only helps if you remember it.
Cover often runs out without anyone noticing, and when something breaks the receipt is nowhere to be found. Vaultable keeps the end date, the receipt and the photos on the item, and tells you a month before the cover ends, while you can still use it.
Every warranty in one list
The Protection tab lists your warranties with the time left on each, next to open returns and expired cover.
A reminder 30 days before
You hear about it a month before the cover ends, on every plan. Change the end date and the reminder moves with it.
Expired, not lost
When cover ends, the item moves to Expired with its receipt and photos, still there if you ever need them.
How it works
Set it once, then let it go.
Add the item
Snap the item or its receipt, the same way you add anything to Vaultable.
Add the end date
Type the warranty end date from the box or the receipt. From then on the item shows its warranty status.
Hear about it in time
Thirty days before the end, a reminder arrives. Clear the warranty and its reminder goes too.
The warranty status lives on the item.
Open any item and its warranty and end date are right there, beside the receipt that proves it.
Reminders
Reminders that follow the dates.
Reminders come from the dates you already entered. Change a date and the reminder moves; clear it and the reminder is removed. Nothing to set up twice.
Questions about warranty tracking
When does the warranty reminder arrive?
Thirty days before the end date you entered. It arrives as a push notification and in the app's notification feed.
What if I don't know the end date?
Leave it empty for now. The item keeps its receipt and photos, and you can add the date later from the box, the receipt or the maker's website.
Does it work for things I bought years ago?
Yes. Add the item with its warranty end date, and it joins the same list and the same reminders.
Are warranty reminders part of a paid plan?
No. Return and warranty reminders work on every plan, including the free one.
