The app says it before your first photo. Every record also says what is proven: a photo taken in the app is Verified, one from your gallery Unverified, and a receipt alone is marked Receipt-only.

Questions about the app

What is Vaultable?

A home inventory app for the things you buy. It keeps receipts and photos with each item, counts down return windows, tracks warranties and builds a claim kit PDF when you need one.

Is Vaultable free?

Yes, free to start: receipts, return windows, warranties, reminders and a claim kit for a single item cost nothing. Paid plans add more for the whole home, such as a kit for a whole property and sharing with your household.

What does Verified mean?

A photo taken with the app's camera is marked Verified. A photo picked from your gallery is kept as Unverified. A receipt alone is still a complete record of the purchase.

Who can see my vault?

No other user, unless you share a property with them. Photos stay in your vault, and we never sell what you own.

Is the app the same as Vaultable Register?

No. The app is for people and households. Vaultable Register is a separate product for IT and operations teams, with its own accounts.
