Proof, right when you need it.

Most proof goes missing on the one day you need it. Vaultable keeps it attached to the thing it proves.

Snap it once. Covered three ways.

One photo of the item or its receipt. Returns, warranty and claims all run from it.

  1. Return window

30 days by default, or the date the shop gives you. A reminder comes before it closes.

  2. Warranty

Add the end date once, and hear about it before the cover runs out.

  3. Claim kit

Something broke or went missing? One PDF with the photos and receipts, ready to send.

Who has it. Who had it. Proven.

Every issue, return and transfer joins the asset's custody chain. A correction adds a new entry and never rewrites the old one.

  • Append-only history. Entries are added to the chain, never edited.
  • Confirmed handovers. The holder can confirm what they received, and anything unconfirmed is flagged.
  • Audit pack in one click. A PDF and CSV files for any date range up to a year.

Short answers first.

What is Vaultable?

Vaultable makes two products with one promise: know what you own, and be able to prove it. The Vaultable app keeps receipts, return windows, warranties and photos for the things people buy. Vaultable Register is an asset register for IT and operations teams that records what an organization owns and who holds each thing.

Which product is for me?

Buying for yourself or your home? Use the Vaultable app on iPhone or Android. Looking after laptops, phones and licences for a team? Vaultable Register is a web dashboard for your IT or operations team.

Is the app free to start?

Yes. Keeping receipts, return windows and warranties, and a claim kit for a single item, costs nothing. Paid plans add more for the whole home, and the app shows what each one includes before you choose.

What does the Register do?

It keeps one register of every asset and licence; physical assets carry a tag and a serial number. Every issue, return and transfer is recorded on the asset's custody chain. Requests and approvals, onboarding kits, warranty reminders and one-click PDF and CSV reports all work from that same record.

Do the app and the Register share an account?

No. They are separate products for separate jobs. Your app account is yours alone, and a Register account belongs to your organization. Nothing moves from one to the other.

Who can see what I store?

In the app, your photos and receipts stay in your own vault. We never sell what you own, and a property is shared only when you invite someone. In the Register, records belong to your organization: only the members you invite can sign in, and any view downloads as a CSV file.

Start with the one that fits.

The app is free to start on iPhone and Android. The Register starts with a demo on sample data, shown by a person.
